Tools Employed
· Inspection of goods upon delivery together with the exporters on 5 continents.
· Monitoring the door-to-door delivery of goods from pickup to arrival at the final destination, generation of inspection reports, which are available to clients within 24 hours of being generated.
· Constant internal training and instruction both for internal personnel and for third parties that work with the Fast Global Group, such as: Infraero, Transporters and Eadi (Dry Port), whether hired in Brazil or internationally.
· Supply of informative materials, reports and lectures that explain the correct manner of handling the materials.
Differentiation
· In the event there are reports of damages or effective damages the claim process will be monitored in a manner that facilitates the international logistics and clearance processes, without compromising the indemnity.
· During goods inspections or inspections by authorities there will always be a specialist from the Fast Global Group present to monitor the process.
· When necessary we can also monitor the loading of goods in any part of the world.
